Time to get our brawl on as we explore everything we know about Bakugan: Champions of Vestroia.
Gotta Catch ‘Em All
Like most franchises about monsters battling each other, Bakugan is inspired by the one that started it all, Pokemon. Just like with Pokemon games, Bakugan: Champions of Vestroia allows you to collect the titular beasts which come in a variety of shapes and sizes. There are a total of over 80 to collect. You can add up to three Bakugan to form a team. As each of these beasts has its own abilities and elemental attributes, you’ll have to consider your lineup carefully and formulate a strategy that can take on a wide variety of teams.
Pokemon primarily focuses on small scale battles while Bakugan’s are bigger in both size and scale. Bakugan: Champions of Vestroia attempts to emulate these giant battles by placing you in the thick of things. While you Bakugan is on the field, you’ll be roaming around the battlefield gathering energy discs from the ground. These discs can be sent to your Bakugan to power its four special attacks. Store up enough energy and you can unleash devastating moves.
Brawl Against The Best
As mentioned earlier, Bakugan: Champions of Vestroia brawling can be had both offline and online. Offline you’ll be challenging AI opponents across a variety of environments. These Brawlers can be found either randomly or through the quests you take on during your adventure. After levelling up your team, you can put your skills to the ultimate test in head-to-head online Brawls against other brawlers.
